Would the Radius arms fit a D28? What are the differences in terms of mounting between the two axles? (Reading tech article on them as I type this. Don't yell at me pls)

How much would you want just for the radius arms and their frame brackets?

Did you figure out if they would fit? I personally don’t know off the top of my head if they would fit or not.
