I think that the fuel line from the fuel tank to near the steering box is the same for 86-90 bronco II's. Why not up grade it to a late 90's
Bronco II or Explorer braided lines from near the steering box to injectors and fuel regulator. I know of 3 different designs they used.
86-88 where you have to use spring release type. 89-early 90's spread and push on. And the late 90's Bronco II's or Explorer hex nut braided fuel lines.
Ford had a lawsuit because of the earlier designs. Plus people were modifying the lines with hose clamps causing fire hazards.
Fuel Injection is Pressurize Fuel!!!
Unless you are restoring your 87 to 100% original?

its going to be far from original when im done!! i like the idea of upgrading the fuel lines, the only issue with that is getting them on the stock fuel sender and the fuel pressure regulator.....

I'd like to make a correction on the rear fuel line. 86-88 is different from 89-90.
As for the connection to the sending unit, the angle might be different from later ones. But you can make it work. The fuel regulator has to be changed to a later one that is threaded.
Go find a 89-90's Bronco II parts relic and swap it over.
