Ah. Sorry. I missed that we’re in the 2019 and newer section. That probably wouldn’t be too much change. You could probably try it. And If you think too lose too much pep. Then change the gears later. Hopefully you don’t have the diff with the ring gear welded in place. But I think that is just some of the new Broncos.I have the new turbocharged 2.3L V-4, 270HP and 310 lb-ft of torque. It comes with a 10 speed automatic transmission. Stock tires are 30.6" I believe. Want to go to 285/70R17, around 32.7".
Thanks

I can't find the articles. Do you happen to have the link?Read through the “Loan Ranger” articles here on this website. I know Jim put aftermarket wheels and tires on it. I just don’t remember what size he used.
What if I choose to go with 35s?I doubt you would notice any difference whatsoever. You're only going up 2 inches and the engine has plenty of power and the 10 speed trans has plenty of gearing to compensate. All you'd need to do is have the speedometer corrected.

Thanks for the link. It appears that he's running 32s.I don’t think I would go to 35’s.
The 2019 'Loan Ranger', and 2019 Ranger Adventure
Here it is, the 'Loan Ranger'! How I Got It: As you know, TRS was at the debut of the 2019 Ford Ranger in Detroit (January 2018), the start of production celebration at the Michigan Assembly Plant in October of 2018, and then I attended the Media Drive event out in California in December 2019...www.therangerstation.com
NoDoesn't the bronco have the same axle, same gears, and come with 37" tires as an option?
