I gotta say I love the truck. I have a 2wd I want to do the same with, but most of your pictures don't work. So how did you mount the shocks? So you just moved the coil mounts on the axle 2" in? Do you think radius arms would work?
Sorry for all the questions, but do you know how long I have been waiting for someone to do this??? Believe me when I say I have scoured the Internet looking for someone who has done this and no pics???? Good job on proving all the haters wrong.

Thanks man, i didnt realize the pictures arent working.
I will check and fix them this weekend

mean while u can add me on facebook. all my pictures are there.https://www.facebook.com/RangerSportHonduras

the shocks are mounted on the side of the shocks. right where the sway bar used to go. and we made some baes to the frame for them.

As for the radius arms, i guess they could do the job.

Finally

Thanks Ranger Sport! I sent a friend request.
I have most of the parts for my swap, I have a Waggy 44 axle, and figured the cheapest/easiest would be to weld wedges on and go with radius arms. Heck the pull and save yard is full of 70's Ford trucks, and a radius arm is $13.

Awesome pics thank you! Do you realize what you have done? They all said it couldn't be done... Now if I can clean out my garage I can get busy on mine lol.

Almost forgot 1 more question. Did you cut the whole engine cradle/crossmember out? If so did you put something in to replace it?

Thanks again, and good job:icon_thumby:

I know, A lot of people said it couldnt be done, but a few whack jobs here at TRS said go for it, so i did hahaha
Seems like u have a good axle to start with.

Best luck man and any question shoot me a message on fb or post on my wall. that way i can answer on my phone faster.

As for the cross member we cutted it right at the emgine mounts. there is a new crossmember on some reinforced plates in front of the radiator and the reinfoced one for the trans/arms.

Wired up the brushguard lights

Also I did this quick fix to improve the fugly looking bumper lights, looks better than having them full of muddy water.

At least until I replace them
