I'd suggest something way cheaper... But the area of concern would be the framerails and steering box, and the position of the compressor and ps pump.
You may want to compare photos of a Mustang 5.0 and Explorer 5.0 with stock accessories, and see how they compare.

Im going to try to get my accesories on by this weekend. Im not sure if the power steering pump will fit or not but if it does not I believe you can move it to were th AC compressor was. Im not sure how far along you are on you swap but if you want to come see what I have done you are more then welcome to seeing as to how im only about 45 minutes from Canton.

ok, motor is in and trannys hooked up, pulleys and brackets are next...302 pushing 350 HP..

Well the motor is finally in. Now its time to figure out all the smaller items like tranny mounts, line routing, radiator hoses, etc, but she fires and sounds mean as hell!

Thanks, we're starting the wiring today. Going to abandon as much as we can and go with switches for start and run. Still need to get the drive shaft built (heading to Tyler Wed to see about that) and exhaust which should happen tomorrow. Should be on the road in the next 3-4 days!!!
