Its a regular cab, 2wd, 4 cyl.

I'm going to lower my truck after I take my lift kit off haha, I want to do a 3" coil spring/3" leaf spring drop and I want to see pictures before I buy the parts.
For wheels I want to get cragar soft 8's 15x8, and I think I want tire size 225/70/15. Can anyone show me what this wil look like, that would be awesome. I dont want to buy that wheel/tire size and not like them.

Also I plan to lower more in the future possibly with DJM 2" drop control arms and rear hanger flip.

I can't help you on the looks but you will probably want a shorter tire than that. I had 225/70R14 on my 84 at stock height. I couldn't have done a 3" drop on it with that size tire in front. Your 15s will be a little taller than my 14s. That said I don't know how the wheel arches compare between the years.

Yeah I know I want to avoid that, thats why I want to see pics so it wont look awkward.

At Jegs website they have a wheel/tire shop to view them on-vehicle, you can even lower and raise the suspension. I was using that and decided a 65 would look nice. Im ordering the wheels tomorrow, so I have until they get here to pick tires.

What tire size are most people using on lowered rangers?

New guy here. I have a 2001 Ranger supercab. I am planning on lowering it and I don't know if I should go 2/3 or all the way and do a 4/5. My truck does have hi miles so I am leaning towards a 4/5 because I'll be needing ball joints anyways. My question is, can this be done using the stock tire and wheels? I ask because Casper98 says 25 inch tall on the front and stock is 26.5 or so. By the way Casper, your truck looks great! Also where did you get those cobra wheels? Did you use spacers?
