Last night I made the bonehead decision to try and go through a pit thats pretty deep, mostly water but it was pretty heavily iced over. I broke the ice and kept going to the very end my check guage light came on and my engine was smoking. I backed out of the pit, let it cool, started driving home and it overheated again. Luckily a bunch of my friends all came out to help me. We pushed it the rest of the way down the street to a nearby auto shop and let it spend the night. It hasn't overheated this mourning wen i picked it up. but the engine seems cold. All my hoses are connected, and my fluids are all full, theres a small dent in my radiator, my oil was completly fine. I'm thinking its just a bad thermostat? What else could it be. My engines running so I know its not blown atleast...
