If you don't already have a factory a/c pump, then might as well use the York. Only reason I went with the Sangren style pump is because it was already there and didn't cost me much. Otherwise I would of rather had the York

I wasn't doing a search for york that was my problem. Note to self. Do not try to do any sort of research when tired results are not very good LOL.

Thanks guys, will be looking at a York, expensive and down the road a ways but definitely going to look into it, having onboard air would be nice as my air compressor is never around me when I need to use air tools or air up tires it seems like.

Hey never know a tired search could get you some redhead porn here and change your life:headbang: York pumps are dime a dozen at junk yards and even new not so bad, only diff in what OP has and a york is the oiler.

Thats just awesome. I always wanted to have one. But now I like A/C. Its just too hot not to have it. I like wheelin in comfort.

When I bought the truck the ac didn't work. Checked in to fixing it, but every seal leaked and the evaporator leaked. So I didn't feel like spending tons of cash to make the ac work....plus I knew I wouldn't use it much. So I made the on-board air, that is something I would use more.
