Then went with this

second base coat

Then 4 coats of clear later

Well thats all the pics i have so far as its raining but i did get the rear end slammed and i mean slammed yesterday.. still got the from to do but hopefully that comes saturday.. still got to wet sand and buff the truck with rubbing compound for it to match but it hink it turned out ok..:icon_bounceblue::icon_welder:

Yes wet sand and buff with compound to blend it better... the ass end is slammed right now went too low so im doing a shackle mount flip to lift it back up 3-4 inches... then i havent done the front yet waiting to get the back fix up so i can match the front.. just waiting on this rain to stopp so i can get in the garage cause its got the 67 4 door impala in it that is getting restored so it cant be out in the rain... but hopefully sat it will get done as i dont have a garage of my own.. i need one bad cause the drive shaft it shoved completely into the trans ==NOT GOOD

And if i had your number before i lost it and need it again just PM it to me

And its actually a dark shadow blue Metallic

Yea we had it 110 in the garage while we were painting and i let it bake over night at 90.. ive got a little orange peel going on the top coat of clear but i put 4 coats on it so im not that worried it will get done sometime buffing compound and wet sanding will take care of that and this was my first paint job ever i learned quick smooth strokes back and forth .. i got 4 runs in the top coat of clear so its all good..

Sold the poor thing about 5 months ago now and the dr still cant find the right drugs to replace it...

so i started on the next best thing instead of a 1/16th scale ranger im working on a 1/8th scale one and it already had a small block in it...

but im hoping by the time i get done painting i will have no more chrome none its over rated and i dont like it any more.... thats why i paited the wheels the grill and starting on the bumpers and the only thing im gonna have preoblems with is the door handles im just gonna have to get rid of em....
