I was at a friends transmission shop today making keys for him and talking with one of his customers when he said that a neighbor of his had a 80ties Corvette :headbang: that they were going to sale for cheap :yahoo:. Well this caught my attention as I would like to build a Corvette. I have a engine that I have been wanting to do something with and I think that I have found it a new home. Its a healthy small block that should make an easy 400+ HP and have a nice saturday night drive in sound. I have a set of aftermarket heads, Keith Black pistons, solid lifter cam, victor intake, MSD ignition to name a few things. The best part of this if I can get the Corvette is the custom lic. plate that I would get for it (FRD PWR) :icon_rofl:. Yea thats right I have a FORD 351w that need a home and the Corvette could just be it.:icon_hornsup:

Think maybe the C-6 might be a little bit too large to fit in the tunnel, hard to tell. Sure can get a built up C-4 that would fit. Something like that combonation would give the cheby boys hissy fits! Guy in town has an S-10 with a 5.0 in it.

If I can get this car it will get a 4R70W overdrive trans as I would want to be able to cruse the freeways. Plus that the 4R70W has a 2.84 first gear so it will jump out of the hole alot faster :D.
