Since there are about 47 different things that could cause that problem you are going to need to check a few things and give a little more information before anyone can help you diagnose this problem.

Could be:
Electronic Engine Control Module
Ignition Control Module
Coil Packs
Loose wire
One tiny missing bolt from the ICM that you have overlooked 200 times (Don't ask...)

I suggest a Haynes or Chilton's manual for your year truck.
Autozone or most any parts store will give you a free diagnostic check with their code scanner, which will probably be your best starting point.

I can tell, though, that since this is your first post and you haven't added anything in a week that you have probably figured it out...

First, welcome to TRS!!

With a 2001, the PCM drives the coilpack directly, there is no ignition Control module. The first thing I would check are the fuses for the PCM (switched and unswitched 12V), and the 12V relay for the PCM. ANother thing that will cause no spark is the crankshaft postion sensor, and associated wiring.
