Had a Sig P938 and just didn't like the needed safety. Found myself not carrying more often than carrying. So got a new 365X. Absolutely love it so far. Can't wait to shoot it this weekend. Prefect timing, yearly quals are this weekend!

My credo
Its probably better to be self deprecating than self defecating.
My buddys offered to sell me his at a nice price, only a couple years old and not too many rounds through it.. his complaints are about the trigger and he finds it hard to be both quick AND accurate with it. I'm gonna shoot it first before I decide.. I feel like ive always had an easier time with handguns than he has for whatever reason.

Handguns have a propensity to show your bad habits. The shorter the barrel, the more it shows.

My 3” 1911 is an example of that. It’s a very accurate pistol as long as I do my part. Heavy emphasis on me doing my part.

My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.

3” barrel?!?

I prefer Dirty Harry’s style.

:ROFLMAO:

My back doesn’t even like my all steel 5” 1911 or any other pistol that heavy or heavier.

So, it’s 4” or less with a polymer or aluminum frame. The Beretta 92 and the Taurus Judge are the limit. Everything else is lighter.

If it’s that difficult to shoot I’d prefer to stay hidden or out of the fight. A gun like this is sub 15 yards. Much more I will find cover or avoid the situation. Much more than 50-100 you’d never know I was there prefer not to shoot.

Avoidance is generally the best course of action for everybody.
