i put a two and a half inch block in the back of my 88 BII and now the driveshaft clicks. Do i need a longer shaft for only going up a couple inches?

I did the same exact thing and got the same results. I took the blocks back out and got the 2" drop shackles for a chevy 1500 and put them in. Got almost 2" lift and no clicking.
