Hello everyone, I’m not sure what this is but I need to replace it. I have a 3.0 Vulcan and this is where the hose to next to the thermostat is at. I can’t put the hose on because it is broken and won’t stay on. Is the part replaceable? Thanks 🙏

Yes, but it's going to take a minor miracle to get it out without breaking it off.

My credo
drives a stick shift ranger
is that a threaded fitting?

put a pair of channel locks on it and try to unscrew it from the main body of hte part. it might not break anywhere that prevents you from unscrewing it. than you just have to find a replacement somewhere.

if it breaks, you can probably get the threads out with needle nose and an ice pick as they will probably be rusty also

If it's not broken Don't Fix It!
Use the heat and cool methods before attempting to remove it. Yes it is replaceable and is threaded in that is why there is a hex section on it. I will look to see what it is called and see if I can find a part number for you but no guarantee I can find them.

EDIT: I believe this is called "Heat Hose Outlet" also referred to an an Elbow. I found a part number but am unable to confirm it will work on the 93-94 3.slows. It is listed for 04-08. i'm still looking though
