My idea of a Shelby Ranger if there would have been one.

Finally got the urathane bushings for the 1" sway. Installed it but haven't really tested it out.. I think I need to flip the front bar.. I believe I installed it upside down...

Does that mean it sways more right now?!? or does it sway in the wrong direction ?!?

It's too close to the steering link rods... It has a spot that if I flip it, it will create more space... If you recall back somewhere in the thread I had some rubbing going on it hard curves or turns... I should have gotten shorter bushings since I have short mounting brackets that I think would have worked

Sorry, I was just being silly, like the time when I put the Explorer axle under my Ranger, it had a built in axle flip, I told a friend of mine that I didn't have to buy a axle flip kit, and he asked me what was I going to do about the axle turning the wrong way....

Wow it makes me wish I didn't beat the hell out of my 92 ranger with the 2.3 but ill tell you this. If you would have kept the 2.3 you would have a more powerful better mpg motor. The 2.3 is the best motor ford ever built the 2.3 with 2 plugs per cylinder is the best motor I have ever had I got around 43 mpg and it beat everything I ever put it next to. I have driven ford 2.3 2.8 2.9 3.0 4.0 5.0 6.0 diesel 7.3 everything ford has ever made the most Chevy motors to and the only a 150 dodge with a 318 nissan Honda and other makes from jags to BMW all of them the 2.3 in my 92 ranger single cab short bed was the best truck ever. That 2.3 with minor intake fixes meaning pulled the big dildo thing out of the air hose and a port and polish of the whole motor and a cheery bomb. Was the fastest most powerful best on fuel thing I have ever driven

While I agree the 2.3 is a really good engine.. In fact I read an article once years ago that it is the closest built to perfection engine ever built. The 2.3 can't touch a 4.0 without having a turbo or juice...
