i found a screamin deal on a 7.5 with 4:10s, so i jumped on it. only $50. heres a pic of the axle. took my buddy and i about 5 hours to swap it. no problems till i went to reconnect the brake line. it was the last thing, and i was tired as hell. stripped the line's threads at the frame. but my uncle came over, filed in new threads by hand, and saved my ass. i had also put in the blocks when i did the swap, but took them out today cause the ass end was way to high. theyll go back in when i get spindles. also changed the rear diff oil today just to be safe.

done! ive been talking about a swap like this for a year now, glad to finally have 4:10s.

got it all cleaned up after a few months of no baths, buffed the paint and everything. and also got a new hurst in the mail today.

my goal for the summer is to get spindles, lift springs and not spacers, uniball uppers, front glass, and take off the BL. maybe a tube bumper.
