Hey guys went back home this weekend and found the mile marker manual hubs I bought for my BII and never installed them my question is, The ranger I bought is a 92 and it came with manual hubs from the factory and I just pull the factory hubs off and put these manual hubs on with out changing anything? Too me it makes sense not to have to change anything since they are both manual hubs.

Dana 28 and Dana 35 hubs are different. If both trucks have the same front axle, then yes you can use them.

Wouldn't you still be able to use them if it was a hybrid D35 with the D28 guts? or is that just the pumpkin...?

the hubs are the same between the D35 and hybrid axle since the outer axle shafts are the same

we orderd the wrong hubs for the BII and decided to pack them away, anyways I found the when I was home for thanks giving and figured why not throw them on the new ranger if I dont have to pay extra for the hub conversion if I can just remove the wheel, take the hub off and replace it with an aftermarket piece, then bolt the wheels back on and have fun four wheeling with a little bit stronger hub then the factory. thanks guys for the help

all the conversion is is the lock nuts, the lock nuts from the auto hubs won't work, you can get them from TRS for a reasonable price

do I need to get the lock nuts? I have factory manual hubs on the truck right now and want to replace them with mile marker manual hubs.

The factory hubs (made by Warn) are stronger than Mile Marker hubs. They will swap however if that's what you want to do.
