That is so sick looking. Please tell us how you put in the second fog light switch. I must do this and get rid of my original driving light switch.Found a silver Pioneer Ranger radio and painted a spare bezel silver. Radio illuminates blue and can be hard to read in the daytime sometimes. May revisit the set up later. Also added a second fog light switch for when I finish wiring the off road lights.
Also replaced all the 194 bulbs on the gauges and HVAC with white LEDs. Also got rid of the green film (sanded on gauges, just removed film piece on HVAC)
And the most recent mod is a pair of seats from a 2002ish 2dr Ford Explorer Sport. Removed the seat covers, power washed them and reinstalled them. Drivers side was power so I had to get a second track that was manual and swap it in. The center console came with the truck
The radio bezel is from an Explorer. I painted it, replaced the rear wiper control with the power outlet, and the rear defrost switch with the second fog light switch. I had someone else wire it up for me.That is so sick looking. Please tell us how you put in the second fog light switch. I must do this and get rid of my original driving light switch.
Ok so another mod for me to do, glad my trucks paid off now I can afford some thingsThe radio bezel is from an Explorer. I painted it, replaced the rear wiper control with the power outlet, and the rear defrost switch with the second fog light switch. I had someone else wire it up for me.
Next thing when I have time is to do a full length center console
Also, does anyone know if there is an OEM head unit that lights up with white-like lights as opposed to the green? Something from a Lincoln maybe. The blue on my head unitl are dull and hard to read in daylight
Got my explorer radio bezel today and also the roof rack also for my topper. Sanded bezel today since who ever owned the truck had painted it and very poorly I might add. So in the next few days I will be installing them I'll post pictures after I'm done Anyone know where I can get the tiny lights for the switches, they are both goneOk so another mod for me to do, glad my trucks paid off now I can afford some things
