On snow and ice, i found that my diff slip ( one wheel spining) too much when i accelerate, how can i prevent my diff from doing that ?, i dont have the best winter tire but they are news. i dont want to change my diff, or weld them to block them completely, i want to to still be able to make sharp turn smoothly.
When i was young i used to play with rc nitromethane cars and we putted thicker or lighter oil in diffs to limit or increase the slip when we were accelerating out of corners, or braking in corners, that worked pretty well. even in 4wd category, some add central differential, and with the right tuning we could make the rc cars driving abillity close to like a full size AWD could do.
Now what i want to know, it's if those principes are applicable to full size cars, anybody heard of that, or did that ?
