My 94 horn stopped working all of a sudden, checked fuse,horn,changed horn,wth,no cruise control, HELP

If so, the 2 wires on the back of the pad are for your horn switch. Should be able to test them with a multimeter or test light and battery. If everything else is working, touching those 2 wires together would cause the horn to blow.

What if it doesn'tThere should be 2 wires, the wires are plugged into "the switch"
One wire is 12volts IN, full time, not just with key on
Other wire is 12volts OUT to the horn
"The switch" can be two larger metal plates, with insulators between them and the upper plate will tilt/move to make contact with lower plate which connects the two wires and sounds the horn
