Hey BlackBII, I saw your truck at Golds Gym the other day, it wasn't cut up then. You start the surgery today?

I haven't cut anything as of yet, that was just a test run.

There will be quite a few changes needed to the fenders, but the core support, hood and lights n such will all be rather easy. Stay tuned.

Davis - You go to Golds on 9th? I'm there nearly everyday after work. I saw you in your Ranger on StateStreet a while back. That thing is wicked.

If I had access to the 04 ranger front end and actually liked the looks of it on the B2 I might make a set. But I like the square front (Round Lights) and your not local to me.

Have you noticed the white desert truck that parks next to golds all the time? I talked to the owner and unfortunately he doesn't have a clue about it. Interesting front suspension though...

I am interested in your radius arms, I want to build some. Rid you use the stock radius arm crossmember thing and how did you mount it?

Yeah I figured you lived over there, right across the street from Crest? I saw it in a pic of your motor. I used to go to that crest all the time, my dad worked in the BYU auto shop around the corner.

Yeah, I've seen that Ranger, he's got all fiberglass quarters on it. It's looks pretty sweet, I tried finding out who owned it, but no one knew...

I basically extended my stock arms about 12" with some 2" DOM tubing. I built some brackets that just bolted to the frame. The orginal crossmember is gone. There is a pic on TRS floating around somewhere..in the Extended Raduis Arms thread I think

I did during the summer. I actually installed my motor in that driveway one weekend. Now I live in centennial right by Golds and I wish I were back at the house. There is no working in the driveway here.

The kid who owns the Ranger is a california kid who just wanted the looks and doesn't really know/care much about the performance.

Where do you get your DOM around here?

Anyway, back on topic, what all are you going to switch over from the 04?

I get my DOM from MetalMart in Lehi, but they no longer stock it from what they last told me, so it's slim pickin's. I've heard that a place down in Spanish that does...I'm still trying to find a good source in Utah County..

Im switching over the Fenders, Hood, Grill, Rad. Support and lights. It'll probably take me until spring to get it done. I'm still working on getting my Bike and my 2.3T Fiat projects going...I have a garage now, so that'll make it easier.
