what could be causeing a fuel pump to NOT turn off like its supposed to.
when i turn on the key (engine off) the fuel pump keeps going and the tank makes a gurgling sound.

i just replaced the fuel filter and the pressure regulator (junk yard).

i assume the filter was new? There have been previous problems of this fuel pump issue, have you done a search?

yes, brand new fuel filter.

and whats weird is the bogging problem im have also..started when i did a full tune up on it, its like it didnt know what to do with all the new parts
