Okay I have a 2002 ford ranger 4x4. It came stock with 16 " and I need to know can I put 15" rims on it instead of 16. I think I know I can but just to make sure and show this ass that it will work with out mods.

Yes.

Doesn't really matter, as long as you get the correct bolt pattern and backspacing, it'll work fine. Also, you'll need to account for whatever tire size your getting in regards to the width of the wheel.

You should be fine. Rangers still come with 15inch wheels .. so as long as its the same bolt pattern and the right backspacing youll be fine.

I know the newer explorers cant fit 15s because it wont clear the brakes :annoyed:

What is this guys "reasoning" for saying that 15's wouldn't fit? The only thing I can think of that he could say is rotor clearance.
Tell him to get some glasses and look at the hundreds of thousands of Rangers on the road running 15's.
