Is the truck really lifted that high? If that's the case, he could probably sit under there, rather than lay on his back?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "cop pins". I can't even think of any "pins" on the rad.

What are you trying to do that you need to know where these pins are. That might help us help you.

Your looking for a Drain Cock! It's on the bottom of the rad on the Passenger side facing the engine.
