Well it's Sunday and a few of us with Rangers were bored so we decided to go mudding. The real idea was to test out this guy's new limited slip but we were all there to play. It was hotter than hell outside but it was still a good time.

The guy in the center is from RPS and was the truck in test today

All 3 of us lined up. Trucksgetdirty joined in.

Water was flying

"Little Guy" stuck

Trucksgetdirty got stuck too. Only hookup point on the front was this crossmember, it got a little bent.

Trucksgetdirty stuck

And it got a little deeper

Me bogging through, never stopping

I think you need some tow hooks, haha. That crossmember isn't looking so good anymore.

Or even a whole new bumper out of tube or soemthing, that would look awsome!

Yep, dead center. About 20 miles north of Orlando.

very nice. I'm missing my mazda more and more.

Damn yall must of had to yank that crossmember haha. I usually hook to the sway bar on my truck. its the easiest and strongest point in the front for me.

I usually wrap a tow cable/strap around either frame rail or my back bumper since it is reinforced. I am angry now, 2 weeks of rain and only a foot of mud in my mud hole unless I go to airport beach which is 1-3ft of the thickest most disgusting mud ever. (no seriously it smell like crap literally, it is ocean my so tons of salt ( I don't go there unless there is no other mud but that is where everyone else goes), and on the spit is the harbor where all the commercial fishing boats and charter boats dump their fish (lets just say i haven't gone all summer because last time I went I found a whole rotting salmon wedged up against my radiator, happened when i got in really deep mud/water)

Ya it was a lot of pull. Unfortunately I couldn't crawl the truck out so I had to do about a 5 foot run snatch and grab. I know snatches are a last resort but nobody had a winch and this was the only way. The ground was slick as hell everywhere.

An entire salmon against the radiator? Damn, how did you get through slop thick enough to hide a salmon?
