I bought a camper shell to put on my '04 Ranger. A search of this site led me to a couple of threads explaining how to wire the stop light in the shell. The instructions said to remove the bolts holding the fuse box and move it aside to find a wire intended for that connection. However, it seems the clutch master cylinder is attached to the same bracket. I have not figured out how to move it enough to find room to open the wire harness from the bottom of the fuse box. I figured it best to consult the experts here before breaking something. Anyone have some suggestions? TIA.
BTW, I bought one of the popular repair manuals mentioned on this site and have found it to be next to useless. Is there something besides Haynes and Chilton available that doesn't cost a month's rent?
