Factory single CD player on 2011 will not take in the CD

My in-dash single CD player will play a CD and eject the CD but will not accept a new CD you try to put it in and it will not take in a new CD and any ideas?

What happens when you hit the eject button? It should say "No Disc" or something like that correct? If it doesn't, there must be a cd stuck in there, or it thinks there is a cd stuck in there. If that is the case, nothing to do but pull it and take it apart.

Actually I was able to resolve the issue by holding the CD button in for 5 seconds it reset the player and it now works as intended
