So I plan on getting the fabtech spindle lift for my truck this summer but I got a problem, my wheels are 16" with 4" backspacing. They recommend on a 15" wheel with 3 3/4 bs. I contacted fabtech to see if they would fit and they told me idk try it out -___- So if anyone has a similar set up or could let me slap a wheel on theirs, it would be greatly appreciated.

You loose a bit of your turning radius with the spindle lift. That is why they recommend the 15 inch rims and the wheel back spacing they state in the specifications. You might regret doing so but if you do just be very careful the first time testing it out your fist time around the block. You might just break or rub real hard on a suspension part the first sharp turn you make. My 99 does not do the turns into a parking space like it did when it was stock. I do love my lift kit. The truck looks great and it handles really great as well.

I also added a steering stabilizer as well at the same time. It turns easier with it and the power steering does not work as hard with the front shock. This is my second stabilizer. I wanted to upgrade to a more Ford look with the blue and white colors. The other one was red and white and black.
