AWESOME!! I envy you. my suggestions for the Ranger:

lose flag mirrors (get 06 mirrors, you will love viability)
fix that cancer ASAP
straighten front bumper
color match grille when you fix cancer
new clear headlights and corners
06 tails.

then it will be sex on wheels for sure!!!

the 2.3 did ok at first. But with all the miles on it i just killed it. It would of been better with 33s. I could never use 5th gear.

Glad you like it. I really havnt decided on bumpers. It all depends on if i get a winch and if i can mount it behind the bumper or not.
I plan on new headlight lenses since these ared all yellowed. But there are more important things to fix/change first. I still need to adjust the axle placement and caster.. I want to move it an inch to an inch half. Right now its back to far. And i am at 10° caster. Should be closer to 6°...

i hope not. Its in to good shape to cut up. I should have room to stuff them into the fenders. At most i might trim the front bumper some.

if you want to get rid of the flag style mirror's let me know. i like them alot more since they fold in closer to the cab. unfortuantely i can seem to only be able to find the passanger side mirror.

I would get a winch, no ifs ands or buts about it, just means that you can do a bit more and test your limits before you get stuck and need it. I have plans on getting a winch then figuring out how to mount it to my truck while trying to keep my current bumper. Rear bumper is going to be re-made, I have huge magnets from work that I will cut and use a templates to stick to steel.
