Ok im looking to do electic fans on my 91 i took it out last weekend at the dunes and trails and it heats up way to easy. And most of the days it wasnt even that hot out. What im thinking to do is dual electic fans and run them on a switch so i can turn them on right away or when needed. Im wondering if any one has done this. Also wondering if i could use two taraus fans idk how big they are and what year car to pull them out of. Thanks any help would be great. And i know alot of you are going to say the stock fan on it now is just as good but i beilive in electic fans more since i have im on all my race cars.

If you are going to use a Taurus fan then you really only need one fan. The Taurus fan has the 2 speeds and that is plenty for what you will need.

Is your mechanical fan working? The clutch in particular? It should be able to move enough air to cool your truck.

But before looking at fans, I would seek out an Explorer 4.0 automatic radiator, they are much larger and can exchange a lot more heat than the skinny stock 4.0 ranger radiator.
