As long as I have owned my Ranger, the driver's side hazard light doesn't work. Both turn signals, brake lights, running lights, etc. all work perfect. When I push the hazard lights button, only the right side works. The left side doesn't even illuminate on the dash like the right one does. I removed some old wiring the previous owner had done years ago to wire up a topper light, thinking that would fix it, but it didn't.
I understand the hazard lights are isolated from the turn signals, even though they utilize the same lamps. Is there a relay I should try replacing for hazard lights? I'm a little puzzled on how one could work.
Thanks in advance.
