direct bolt on ?

I'm looking to buy Bilstein 5100 and was asked if my rear shock bolts are 1/2",
I don't have a clue and I have looked all over on this site and google, closest i found was a 2001 2wd uses 15mm.
So anybody have a close questimate ?
I don't have a micrometer , but best I can figure it's about 9/16....?

The sizes go 14mm 9/16 15mm.

they are metric, 12mm shaft.
9/16 is 14.2875mm according to my calculator.
1/2" is 12.7mm

after looking, the rear lower shock bolts have a 12mm shaft, 15mm head. the nuts are 18mm and scrunched from the factory to give a friction fit.

You didn't explain well enough. To me it looks like you're telling the order of size metric/SAE inclusive. Have some food....your blood sugar must be getting low.
