Hey all...
The flange on the Cat side has all but rusted off. Can that be repaired or do I have to but an all new converter?

a muffler shop can do it or you might be able to find parts at a parts store to keep the joint so it comes apart or cut the ends off and find a piece of pipe that fits over the exsisting pipe and clamp it

If your rusting that bad you should check for other holes in the exhaust. I had the Y pipe rust real bad and found it was cheaper and easier to buy a cat back system for 300. Instead or trying to patch all the holes.
