From the belt schematic under the hood it looks like the only difference between a truck with or without ac is the length of the belt.
Can I just buy a belt for a non ac truck and hook it up to bypass my FUBAR ac compressor? It's squealing like i'm playing a banjo in the appalacians! I at first thought it was the infamous cam position problem, but found the squeal to be coming from the ac compressor.
Previous owner cut the lines to the condenser for some reason so I'm assuming it's completely shot.
