Most will say the Warn 8274 is the best for the price. I've heard nothing but good about any Warn products. Also, the Superwinch EPi 9.0 is a great winch, and not too spendy (about $600).

Don't buy a slow one and integrated solenoids are also nice if it sits outside. The SuperWinch EPi 9.0 was the best value for the money when I was replacing my second failed winch--one a H.F. 8000 and one a PileMarker 8000. It's tempting to go cheap but when you need it, it sucks for it to be broken.

I think i will probably go with the superwinch Epi 9.0. I know the Warn is Awesome but the price is awesome too. I found the superwinch here at princess auto for 799$ idk if shipping is include.

My old Jeep had a hydraulic MileMarker on it. I loved that thing but you really want yto make sure the snorkel is water-tight. You lose that engine, you lose the winch unless you also bought an electric pump which I did not.
