as for paint i just use cheap black spray paint.
its gonna get mucked up anyhow. typically reapply cheap paint each time the truck gets a good cleaning. keeps them lookin good.

there is alot of info on the sas stuff on here
the two threads listid in my sig are both solid.
but it looks like you plan on using the ford factroy radius arms so there are definately better threads to check out!

Narrow. Early Bronco axles. I'm not planning on running the stock radius arms. That's just the way it came, with the arms and steering.

Starting to put together a parts list. Haven't found anyone listing all the parts they used to build the axles.

for a street driven rig, good coils and the eb setup work good. bolt it up and go.

may need different c bushings to tune the ride, but it is as easy as it looks.

This will be in the rocks, hills, dirt, mud, whatever it comes across. Won't be very much street driving.
