That one has been posted for a little while. Probably has other problems besides the owner not knowing which engine is in it.

......I think I have seen that one for a while............maybe I am wrong.......

I'll bet it does actually have a 3.8. Its a swap that has been done, there is even an article here on how to do it. I wouldn't do it b/c the 3.8 has head problems worse than the 2.9, they will warp and blow head gaskets without even being overheated first.
