I have to replace the ball joints on my 03 3.0. Its a 2wd so its coil suspension. I was wondering if anyone knows any easy ways or good videos? Keep in mind I bought the individual ball joints

Dude, the suspension doesn't change based on the engine that's in the truck. We've got forums just for suspension, do some reading in them and you'll probably find what you're looking for. There's also the tech articles link at the top of the page, it might have what you are looking for as well.

Seems a common problem - at least on the 2003. Replace all. The uppers come with control arms. The lowers will require a press to remove and install, which you can borrow from Advance Auto etc. However you'll need an impact driver to operate the press.

You'll also need a camber/caster kit to replace factory non adjustable camber/caster plate. That will be aftermarket.

See Youtube for how-to.

If you have OEM parts now and got just the upper joint, with no arm, you need to get arms that will accept the joints. It is possible to press the joint out of the OEM arm, but you almost always destroy the arm doing it. They are not meant to come apart, and forcing it can make the arm bend, or not retain the new joint properly.
