So I just bought a "locker" from a guy on the site. This is what he said he had

"I have a locker for a 7.5. but it is for a 87 year. i paid 150 for it. That is what i would want for it? it is like brand new i never used it. i am now swaping to an 8.8 in my truck so i dont need it. i allso have all brand new seals and bearings for the rear end housing to. if you want them let me know? I have a housing to? let me know???? thanks"

So I trusted him. I know I should have asked for photos now but i think you can tell the difference between a locker and a limited slip. Yeah he sent me a limited slip. I am thinking maybe just putting that in and saying screw you give me half my money back.

I agree, if he advertises it as a locker, it should be what you bought. Not something different.

I agree with jspafford I apologize for giving the name out. It is just a little frustrating.

I think you should take it up with the seller, and try to resolve it before you give him a bad name in public.

Charlie Wenzel anyone?
:woot::icon_rofl::icon_rofl::icon_rofl:

That made my night. And if the guy is on here, he know what he had. (or at least had the ability to) I think I know who it was (came here too late to see the name) but I will see if it plays itself out. No need for him to be wenzeled.........yet

Charlie Wenzel anyone?
:icon_rofl:
Everyone who knows who Charlie Wenzel is, raise your hand.

I could be wrong, but I don't think ANYONE makes a locker for the 7.5" rear.

Is this going to be the 2007 version of the "Charlie Wenzel" thread?...:icon_thumby:
...reminded me of good old Charlie Wenzel..................Just a lot of BS......

I guess it was before my time on the site, but, who is Charlie Wenzel? I did a search and it told me nothing.

Anyway, yes, talk to the seller first. I could have been an honest mistake.

Lock-Right and Detroit both make a 7.5 locker, I love my lock-right

He advertised a locker, get your money back.

Blab his name. If he fucked you over on THIS site, let's work him over if he won't make it right. This is a band of brothers.

If he makes it right, we'll praise his name through the next four millenium.
