I'll trade you a good pizza recipe for them.
Dough:
Mix in food processor, this is important.
3c regular flour
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1.5 tsp instant yeast
Pulse in processor 3 brief short pulses to mix dry ingredients.
add 2 Tbsp oil (any type, just not your old engine oil)
add 1.25c cold filtered water
Run processor until it balls up into one big chunk. MAX
35sec. If you go too long it will overheat the dough or beat it to death. Depending on your area/climate/altitude you may have to adjust water +/- .25c
Flour or oil your hands and a cutting board. drop dough onto board, knead exactly 3 times, no more no less. Cut in half, roll up into nice smooth balls and store in lightly oiled bowls with oiled lids. Store in fridge up to 1week, and leave out for 1-2hr to rise depending on ambient temp before making pizza. Makes 2 pizzas
Pizza:
Preheat oven to 400f
Stretch/hand pull dough into pie shape on floured surface.
Place onto oiled metal pizza dish or DARK baking sheet
Add aprx 5oz of tomato sauce, seasoned with whatever spices you like
Cover with shredded chedder cheese, preferably sharp for bite
Cover with thinly sliced jalepeno (aprx 2-3 large jalepenos)
Cover with large thin sliced salami cuts
Add fresh spinach to top if desired
Cook until light brown crust with a melty, bubbling center. Enjoy with cold beer.
