Behind each light are two threaded shafts with a 4mm hex on the end. One is for up/down (the one near the top IIRC), the other is for side/side adjustment.

:icon_confused: ?

There's only two bolts sticking out from behind the light that have 4mm hex ends on them...

If you need a pic I'll have to get it for you tomorrow or the next day (pouring rain right now).

you need to buy the "ford" adjustment tool. i found it on the internet. its pretty much a ratchet with a 4 mm hex slot in it.
heres the website for the tool, actually not too expensive...

http://www.restockit.com/Headlight-Adjusting-Ratchet-for-Ford-(LIS14540).html?source=froogle

or here: http://www.sjdiscounttools.com/lis14540.html

i got it from the second one... took two days to get to me. shipped very fast
heres a pic of what should be adjusted with the tool. the lower left one is where you will need to insert your existing adjuster from your stock or aftermarket light to your new one
(i circled what ones you can only adjust)

I bought a cheapo 1/4" drive "twisty handle" ratchet at Harbor Freight (we have a walk in store nearby). Much cheaper than a dedicated tool, and useful for other stuff.
