I have now found out that i have to buy 2 eccentric bolt kits to adjust the camber on the front of my 98 ranger since it is coil sprung. but my question is that if i have to buy these to adjust it does that mean its never been adjusted? Right now it has what seems to be an eccentric on the back mounting points of each a arm, but just a nut and plate at the other end. so how was it ever adjusted before? and only on of the bottom a arms has an eccentric. is the camber adjusted at the top arms or lower or both? im really confused here cuz you can buy camber bolt kits or kust camber plates, which ones do I need? thanks guys for any info beacuse im tired of my tires wearing like this. plz help

Book says to just push or pull the upper arm in or out to adjust camber. I suppose an eccentric kit could make it easier, but it doesn't sound like it's needed.

Many vehicles never need the camber adjusted unless something is disturbed or damaged.

Your vehicule has the OEM ones to my knowledge. The aftermarket kit would give you greater adjustment if your truck were lifted
