When I turn on my headlights all my cab lights turn off. Does anyone know what would cause this out where I should begin?

Which cab lights? The cluster lights? The domelights? The marker lights?

Does 95 still have the old school pull switch? If so are the just dimmed all the way? (Turn the knob.)

Nope its not a pull switch and no the lights are not dimmed that’s why I’m confused where to start

With all of them out, I'd bet it somewhere near one of those two switches. I say that because the dimmer is supposed to take effect when the headlights are on.

Do you have a manual with wiring diagrams? Do you have a multimeter or test light?

So the cluster and radio lights work in the first running light position of the switch? But they go out when you turn it to the headlight position? If so, it sounds like the switch. But I hope it's not. Here's a video of how to replace it on a 95-up ranger. It doesn't look like much fun.
