I like it. What did you make your roll bar out of?
The bar is made of rigid electrical conduit. It's pretty strong stuff but not really intended for a roll bar. It just goes to the bed rails not the chassis. It will add some protection probably but mainly there for hauling gear when I go paddling and camping. I'm going to put the high lift and recovery tools on it as well. Still thinking on how I want to mount everything.

I used the conduit mainly because it was free. I've used it a lot over the years for racks trailers all kinds of stuff. Very strong and fairly easy to work with

you should post some pics on what the interior behind the seats
Here are a few. Not quite finished of course
I ran the back wall so the floor board from the rear seats was still inside the cab to give me some storage room. Actually ended up giving me more than I expected

There is room for a good size tool box with the seat going all the way back

Still some wiring loose that will be taken care of when I get the vinyl floor in.

In this one the drivers seat is back to where I usually drive. I'm 6'1" , you can see pretty decent room for junk back there

For some reason I couldn't get this one to focus well. The closure mechanism for the window. It's hard to see but I have a rod to pull to open the window and angle part of the interior frame on the hatch to the back wall and welded it. That added a lot at rigidity to the back wall.

I also went back in all the seems on th inside with body panel glue to make sure I had a good seal

One unexpected plus for the dip in the bed is the cooler fits perfect :yahoo:

I welded in some trailer attachment hooks to strap stuff down too

I Built a swing out tire carrier the serves as one. I also have been thinking about a just tailgate net for the summer.

I kinda like having it open for hooking up my boat. Can put it right on the hitch

I like the ranger tailgate but like the open pre runner type look too. For now the swing is going to do it.

I got one side done. Got the front fender cut and the expedition trim on. gave me about 2 inches more at the rear corner of the fender. I didn't want at huge fender cut and too tight to pay for new cut out flares. :icon_twisted

as my son so quickly pointed out, it will look better when the paint is done and the different paint colors do take away from it some I guess. Overall I like the look

I still have to do the back and they will be taken off painted black, stainless screws.

The cut was minor enough that I was able to retain the inner fenders with some trimming and moving where the lower part was attached. Still gives me enough room for what I want I think.

now, I have my rims already.... convince the wife we neeeeed new tires :headbang:
