Came across this std cab, longbed, 2.9, 5 speed at the local recycler. The condition of the sheetmetal is nothing short of amazing. Maybe some small dings & dents but NO rust other than minor surface. All glass intact, correct 14" wheels, engine area very original ( has add-on air), interior pretty nice, even driver's door panel is good. Has a bed liner so I can't vouch for bed area but I couldn't find any rust from underneath. Shifter shifts, engine condition unknown. It's just the straightest 37 yo Ranger I've seen in years.
It would be a long drive for you rust-belt guys but would save you hours & hours of metal repair.
Owner is asking $750.
