Changed the o2 sensor today and it made no difference, it started hard also

That empty port....vacuum modulator from the auto trans thats no longer there?It ran fine in the donor, I have one vacuum port that I don't have any thing for, and it had something when it was in the donor, I just plugged it for now, ive gone thee this thing a hundred times and can't figure it out, according to the diagram on the donor I got everything, but it had something to it,

Rich means: too much fuel or not enough air.Ran codes engine running, getting code 177 HEGO indicates system always rich, this explains why it's choking out, so it's not getting enough air? Or it's getting to much?
