Guys,
I will have the engine out tomorrow. Stilll have not really found root cause for the oil smoke out the exhaust WE WILL

I have found several chioces for rebuild kits and after-market parts but cant know all of them, so please send me any part suppliers you might think would be good for a complete engine rebuild.

I always advise guys to deal close to home for their rebuild kits, rebuilt engines and such. It is very hard and time consuming to complain across the country when these items aren't satisfactory.

thanks gents....

I believe i will use flatlander racing in NH for the kit they have a couple different levels of rebuild available. I am going to do a complete block up rebuild, depending on how bad the cylinders are will determine over bore, I see on the tech site that there is a rebuild kit for the rear main seal...how good is that because the oil runs right out of it now. I am going to match all ports and install coated headers.

Your oil is prolly pouring out from he blowby in the engine PUSHING it out. What you need to do when the crank is out is to observe the race that the seal runs on. If that particular race has a groove in it you may need an oversized seal for it. But if the race is nice and smooth you don't need to do anything to it.
The rebuild kits I've seen are the worst possible alternative.
