I recently bought a ranger with a blown head gasket, after replacing the headgasket, doing tune-up, and new battery the truck will turn over but not start. No click, spark plugs are getting fire and cylinders are getting fuel. The wires are in correct order, and i get 11.17 ohms between each paired secondary on the ignition coil. PLEASE HELP! IDK what else to check?! :icon_confused:

It takes compression, timing, fuel, spark, air; you say you have spark and fuel. Check compression and timing.
