2002 4.0 going in a 1996

I have a 96 B4000, my freind is pulling his 2002 4.0L and tranny out. Will this swap out with minimal advil consumption?

He is doing a v8 swap, so I also get the computers and associated parts.

What should I watch out for??

these are the transplant patients:
