I was welding so holes in my exhaust when. I took it off at the Catalytic Converter. I looked up in them there is nothing in them at all should. I replace them or just let it like that. I didn't know if it could hurt the motor or not. and if I should replace them were is a cheap place to get them from

it won't hurt anything but the air you breath. no reason to replace it unless you really care to or they do emissions testing in your area

Replace that sucker.
Your truck emits enough garbage into the atmosphere when it is in place and working properly.

Summit Racing has cheap universal Cats... Probably find some cheap ones at streetside auto too.

Or replace the whole cat-back exhaust for $40...

there is no place to get them cheap, go with a universal like surrey said. a factory replacement was $240 last time i checked, you can get a universal for a different vehicle for around $40 or $50

It wont run better to any noticeable degree, especially if what you've got is already hollowed out. Wont hurt either though.
